Do you handle both new installation and repair work?

How quickly can you respond to a water leak emergency?
We aim to have a plumber on-site within 4–6 hours for active leak emergencies in Bengaluru and Mysuru. For non-emergency work, our standard response time for a site visit is 1–2 working days.
What type of pipes do you recommend?
For concealed internal plumbing, we recommend CPVC pipes from Astral or Supreme, durable, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for both hot and cold water lines. For underground and drainage work, we use UPVC pipes. We avoid GI pipes for new installations due to their shorter lifespan and rust issues.
Can you replace old GI piping without breaking too many walls?
In many cases, yes. We assess the existing pipe layout and, where possible, route new CPVC pipes through the same channels to minimise wall breakage. In older buildings where the full system needs replacement, some wall opening is unavoidable, but we plan it carefully and restore walls cleanly.
